WebApr 5, 2012 · The BK2 is much cheaper than the ESEE 5, while still having similar quality of the blade steel. The main difference is that the ESEE 5 comes with a few "extras" already on the knife (kydex sheath and micarta handle scales). These extras can be added the Becker later, and you'll end up paying about the same for the BK2 as the ESEE 5 at that point. WebSep 10, 2012 · Go on YouTube and search for kydex sheath making, go to Walmart and get the blue sleeping pad foam, and build a little press. Set the sheath in your oven slowly build up the heat to 325. Keep an eye on the sheath, once it becomes soft, pull it out, put your knife in and press. Then let it sit. 5 min later it will be better that factory.
