It combines an ultrasound and, sometimes, fetal heart rate monitoring (a nonstress test). The test evaluates and scores each of the following: Your baby's heart rate patterns (also known as a non-stress test) WebOB BIOPHYSICAL PROFILE ULTRASOUND PROTOCOL (UOBPP) **To be done for evaluation of fetal wellbeing or Non-Reactive Stress Test (NST) in pregnancies 28 weeks and above. **BPP criteria to be evaluated over a period of 30 minutes. For multiple gestations, each fetus should be given 30 minutes for evaluation of BPP criteria.
