WebThe CRTC has recently ruled that providers cannot require a customer to provide advanced notice that they which to cancel their service. I would recommend speaking with Rogers customers service to get more information regarding pro-ration of the bill and any additional fee (such as a contract cancellation fee). WebAs for the cancellation, we do not require any notice and can cancel for the same day requested. We are not able to place cancellations for more than 30 days away (similar to the moves).
