My CJ7 has been SOA since '94. I have ridden in many SUA Jeeps that ride like a buck board wagon. Mine rides smooth, does not lean in corners like you would think, and has zero bad habits (the only one was cured with a torque arm like above). The ground clearance is awesome. It drives pretty nice considering it has 35"s on it. It's well known that arched springs don't flex, but a SOA with relatively flat springs will flex like mad. I run 1.5" Rubicon Express SOA springs and had stock springs with an add-a-leaf before that. I believe that makes a lot of sense sometimes. Nothing wrong with a good SUA. I would look at Rubicon Express.
