I have used the manual process behind the rear seat to try to put the top back up but the roof stops 6-8 inches from the windshield but will not go any farther, even using the hex key in the front. I cannot even force it down.

Either the lid it not opening all the way or the sensor needs to be adjusted or replaced. Be advise this was my home grown check/solution so take it as is. philippa c matthews
