Web17 feb 2024 · Yep, that is where the radar unit is located. Honda does recommend that scratches/gouges be repaired and polished and the calibration verified. This is done by placing a target at a specified position and verifing the radar can see the target and it's within 3 degrees (if memory serves me) .
