I am using exactly the same GPS puck as you with an Omnibus f4 pro board you need to connect the + & - and the tx and rx the GPS tx goes to the f4 rx and the GPS rx to the f4 tx connectors. the red led in the puck will flash if it is getting it's power correctly.
