WebMar 12, 2016 · The ballast has never over heated because ive been running at 50%. I tried my HPS bulb and still didnt work. The ballast just wont turn on. Any help is greatly appreciated! Though all my iPower items have worked flawlessly, they aren't the greatest quality. There's a reason you paid under $200 for a total 600w setup.
