WebFeb 16, 2024 · Here is what occurred today: I called the CRA right at 9:00 AM on Feb 16, 2024. The queue was already 1.5 hours long but I waited. An agent actually answered me at about the 1 hour 20 minute mark and we went through the usual security verification process. The gentleman on the phone was truly helpful and professional. WebApr 8, 2024 · I have talked to the CRA (after holding for 2 hours), they say they have had no complaints about the AFR not working. There must be other TurboTax users experiencing the same problem. I am going to give it one more try late tonight to see if the demand on the CRA website has anything to do with the problem.
